Adult Recess Bootcamps

Adult Recess Bootcamp is a month-long, one-hour outdoor course that focuses on a combination of cardio and strength training designed to help people lose weight and get in shape much faster than they would be able to achieve on their own. Brian uses a non-drill sergeant approach with his clients, believing that positive motivation and fun are greater tools than insults.
