Brian Peeler was born and raised in a small town in North Carolina, where even at a young age, he was labeled a typical jock. Whether it was football, baseball or any other sport, Brian was all about the challenge and pushing himself to the limits. After high school, Brian’s interest in physical fitness grew and he decided to pursue it as a career. After receiving his certification in Athletic Training, Brian moved to Los Angeles in pursuit of a career in the fitness industry.
Brian was most recently seen in the hit television show, “Workout” on Bravo. Spanning over three seasons, Brian’s friendly and funny mannerisms combined with his sometimes combative nature with his boss, quickly made him one of the show’s favorite characters. Fans of the show flooded the message boards and created quite a stir when Brian was finally fired after a heated argument with Jackie Warner, the owner of the gym which “Workout” was centered around.
Now, on the tails of his stint with “Workout,” Brian has become one of the most sought-after trainers in the Los Angeles area. With his combination of tough love, humor and charm, he has the ability to help people of all different shapes, sizes and walks of life reach their fitness goals. His catch phrase, “these hands are like the hands of Michelangelo: anything I touch turns to gold” really rings true with his many satisfied clients. He is passionate about serving as a mentor and a teacher to those who can benefit from an extra push in physical fitness.
Brian’s Fitness Philosophy:
“Don’t over-train yourself and adapt your fitness regimen to your lifestyle. There is no reason to give up drinking or doing things you enjoy as long as you are willing to do the work inside the gym. Your body is your home; if you don’t take care of your body now, where do you plan on living for the rest of your life?”
